Work Skills, Routines, and Purpose
At Five Star Industries, we connect adults with developmental disabilities to real work experiences through our Community Day Services and vocational programs. Individuals can learn and practice janitorial cleaning, material handling, packaging, and fishing lure assembly under the Lunker Lure and Hawg Caller brands with support from job coaches. Each person works toward goals that build confidence, routine, and a stronger sense of belonging at work and in the community.
